Founded under the visionary leadership of Mr. Deepak Baman, the company was established with a mission to create meaningful opportunities in real estate, infrastructure, and business development.
Following successful ventures in Indore, including B2B Corporation and First Step Marketing, the company expanded into Ahmedabad to participate in one of India's fastest-growing real estate markets.
On 15 August 2023, CMO Infrastructure International Pvt. Ltd. inaugurated its Ahmedabad office. Built within just 22 days, the office symbolized the company's commitment to speed, execution, and excellence.
Our first development at Null Village on the Sanand–Nalsarovar Road corridor marked the beginning of an exciting journey in Gujarat. Since then, the company has successfully delivered multiple residential and plotting projects while continuously expanding its presence across the region.
Today, CMO Business World manages several ongoing developments and is actively planning new ventures across Gujarat and other Indian states.

Meet Our Founder – Mr. Deepak Baman
Mr. Deepak Baman, Founder of CMO Infrastructure International Pvt. Ltd., is a visionary entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in real estate, construction, and land development.
Born in Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh, his entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 10 when he started a comic book library for his classmates. Over the years, he explored multiple successful ventures, including marketing, hospitality, and tourism, before discovering his true passion—real estate.
With expertise in land trading, farmhouses, plotting, construction, and project development, Mr. Baman has successfully delivered numerous projects, helping individuals and investors create lasting value.
Together with Ms. Sakshi Meena, he co-founded CMO Infrastructure International Pvt. Ltd., building it into a trusted organization focused on innovation, integrity, and sustainable growth.
Driven by vision, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence, Mr. Deepak Baman continues to lead CMO Business World toward creating opportunities, empowering communities, and shaping the future of real estate.

Meet Our Director – Ms. Sakshi Meena
Ms. Sakshi Meena, Director of CMO Infrastructure International Pvt. Ltd., is a dynamic entrepreneur whose journey reflects determination, creativity, and leadership.
Born in Nagda Junction, Madhya Pradesh, she moved to Indore to pursue higher education before exploring successful careers in fashion designing, modeling, branding, public relations, and social media marketing. These experiences helped her develop a strong foundation in business strategy, branding, and customer engagement.
Together with Mr. Deepak Baman, she co-founded CMO Infrastructure International Pvt. Ltd., playing a key role in establishing CMO Business World as a trusted name in real estate, construction, and business development.
As Director, Ms. Sakshi Meena leads with innovation, strategic vision, and a passion for excellence, driving the company's growth while creating value for customers, investors, and business partners.
