On 15th August 2023, CMO Infrastructure International Pvt. Ltd. proudly inaugurated its office in Ahmedabad—a dream space crafted with passion, dedication, and relentless execution. The task wasn’t easy—a new city, new people, new culture—but with determination, hard work, and impeccable execution, the office was completed in just 22 days.
From that day, the company embarked on a new chapter in Gujarat. The very first project, Null Village at Sanand–Nalsarovar Road, marked the beginning of CMO Business World’s success in the city.
In just two years, the company has seen tremendous growth—delivering homes, plots, and, most importantly, trust to countless clients. Through the highs and lows, there were no setbacks—only progress, growth, and stronger foundations.
Today, CMO Infrastructure International Pvt. Ltd. proudly manages three major projects in Ahmedabad, with many more on the horizon. And this is just the beginning.

Meet Mr. Deepak Baman, the Visionary Founder of CMO Infrastructure International Pvt. Ltd.
Born on 13th July in the small town of Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Deepak Baman displayed an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. At just 10 years old, while other children were enjoying their childhood, he took his first steps into business by launching a comic book library for his classmates—a clear sign of his innate business acumen.
His journey into entrepreneurship only gained momentum as he moved to Indore in search of new opportunities. He entered the world of multi-level marketing (MLM) and achieved remarkable success at an age when he wasn’t even old enough to open a bank account to deposit his own cheques.
Over the next few years, Mr. Baman expanded his horizons by exploring various ventures, including the tour and travel industry. He also founded the iconic restaurant HumTum, which quickly became a beloved destination for couples and families in the region.
However, it was real estate that truly captured his heart. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Baman dedicated himself to building a lasting legacy in the industry. His work spans construction, trading, and land development, with a particular expertise in farmhouses and land parcels. Through his dedication and expertise, he has successfully delivered countless projects, helping builders and families realize their dreams of property ownership.
In partnership with Ms. Sakshi Meena, Mr. Baman co-founded CMO Infrastructure International Pvt. Ltd., the parent company under which the brand CMO Business World operates. Today, as the Founder and driving force behind CMO Infrastructure International Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Baman is known for his integrity, vision, and relentless pursuit of excellence. His leadership is characterized by a passion for growth, an unwavering commitment to his team, and a never-give-up attitude that has propelled the company to great heights.

Director Sakshi Meena
Born on 8th June in the picturesque town of Nagda Junction (Ujjain District, MP), Ms. Sakshi Meena’s journey is one of perseverance, ambition, and unwavering determination.
After completing her schooling, she moved to Indore in 2012 to pursue higher studies. Coming from a banking family, the expectation was for her to follow in the same footsteps. She even attempted competitive exams, but deep down, she knew her path would be different.
Seeking to explore her own identity, Sakshi chose to pursue Fashion Designing at INIFD. However, fate had a different plan in store for her.
Confident, talented, and driven by a desire to succeed, Sakshi entered the world of modeling, where she made her mark by walking the ramps, featuring in shoots, and quickly establishing herself in the fashion industry. It was a phase where she truly felt like she was on top of the world.
As her career progressed, she transitioned into social media marketing and PR, focusing on branding for clubs, restaurants, and salons in Indore. However, after the onset of COVID, her career took another pivotal turn.
This marked the beginning of her real journey.
About 6–7 years ago, Sakshi met Mr. Deepak Baman, and together they ventured into the real estate sector. They initially founded companies in sales and marketing, which eventually led to the creation of the powerhouse known today as CMO Infrastructure International Pvt. Ltd., under which the brand CMO Business World operates.
As Director, Sakshi brings innovative vision, creativity, and a deep passion for real estate to the company. Her journey from a small-town girl to a prominent entrepreneur stands as a testament to her resilience, strategic thinking, and a relentless drive for success.
Today, Sakshi is living her dreams—driving her dream cars, a Thar and a Jaguar, leading impactful projects that contribute to building thriving communities, and proving that success is the result of bold choices and taking calculated risks.
